He has 30+ years’ experience in the global capital equipment market – leading both new equipment product sales and aftermarket services to support the client’s installed base. His expertise spans many industries including Energy (upstream, midstream, downstream), Chemical, LNG and General Industries.
His past global leadership roles include sales, strategy & business development for major multinational pump companies such as Sulzer, Flowserve, FMC Technologies and The Weir Group.
As CEO of Stancor, a privately held pump and controls business, he led the business through strong market headwinds to dramatically grow the business until it was sold to Private Equity.

She is passionate about helping businesses create a seamless customer lifecycle that creates brand equity and maximizes share of wallet with each and every customer.
Jackie has been in the corporate marketing and sales world for more than 20 years. She brings a unique experience having ran marketing and sales teams, lead manufacturing and service driven P&L's and developed marketing and brand strategy at agencies early in her career. She has supported multiple industries including energy, water & waste water, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, food service and IT businesses.
Her past leadership roles include - Chief Marketing Officer & SVP of Sales for The Vortex Companies, a trenchless rehabilitation manufacturing and service company; The Weir Group - Oil & Gas Division overseeing the company’s marketing communications, branding, wellhead business development, and sales programs. She also led the Artificial Lift product line and led operations for the North American Wellhead manufacturing plant. Before her time in oil & gas she held positions at top Houston Marketing Agencies leading brand strategy and communication programs.
Jaclyn holds a degree in marketing from the University of North Texas. She resides in Houston with her two children.

Dave has over 30 years of global human resources experience working at the executive level with large multinational industrial companies. He has completed 12 Global Merger and Acquisition projects. Dave spent most of his career traveling and working internationally, including living with his family in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dave has previously worked with SPM Oil and Gas, A Caterpillar Company, Weir Group, Aspen Business Services and Flowserve.
He has expertise with talent pipeline development, organizational design and effectiveness, human resources shared services implementations, human capital management systems implementations, global compensation and benefits structures and alignment, executive compensation design, leadership development programs, as well as employee value proposition and engagement initiatives.
Dave resides in Houston with his family.
